AGA™ governed document intelligence

Analyse every attachment. Strengthen every project record.

IPAC provides the infrastructure required to receive, preserve, interpret and assess multidisciplinary project evidence. Each attachment is routed through the applicable IPAC 1001-008 standalone assessment frameworks according to its subject matter, project stage and decision gate. The system can also improve or develop documents and models when requested and authorised, while retaining the original source and a complete audit trail.

Supported evidencePDFDOC / DOCXXLS / XLSXCSV / TSVPPT / PPTXPNG / JPG / TIFFMP3 / WAV / M4AMP4 / MOV / AVIScanned recordsPlans & drawingsPhotographsAudio recordingsVideo evidenceStructured data
01

Ingest & preserve

Securely receive business plans, financial models, contracts, studies, drawings, photographs and supporting evidence while preserving the original file, source, version and submission history.

02

Extract & classify

Apply document parsing, spreadsheet inspection, OCR, image analysis, audio transcription and video speech/scene extraction to identify project facts, assumptions, tables, formulas, approvals, risks, obligations and evidence categories.

03

Validate & reconcile

Compare information across attachments and the master project record; identify missing, expired, duplicated or contradictory evidence, broken formulas and unsupported assumptions.

04

Analyse & test

Assess completeness, viability, affordability, funding gaps, sensitivities, compliance, delivery readiness, stakeholder dependencies and alignment with applicable IPAC frameworks and decision gates.

05

Improve & develop

Where expressly authorised, prepare improved narratives, corrected schedules, model scenarios, registers, templates and document-development recommendations without overwriting the submitted source.

06

Review & approve

Route findings, proposed amendments and generated outputs to authorised specialists for verification, acceptance, rejection or revision before they become controlled project records.

Controlled improvement: IPAC never silently overwrites an original attachment. Every proposed correction or enhanced deliverable is versioned, attributable, reviewable and subject to authorised acceptance.

Decision boundary: Automated analysis supports governance and assurance. Legal, engineering, credit, investment, compliance, procurement and gate decisions remain with authorised professionals and decision bodies.
